Lead Next™

Lead Next™ is a modular, customizable 4-day leader development offering that creates behavioural change. Concentric design begins with focus on self at the core: self-awareness, feedback, understanding impact, leadership presence. The next level out is focus on others: interpersonal skill, dealing with conflict, undertaking difficult conversations, and building a culture of accountability. Ultimately the focus is on enterprise: understanding and shifting culture, and creating new value at all levels.

The design cornerstones are drawn from Lead Next™: The Essential Elements. Specific program content is readily shifted in the direction of emerging or experienced leaders, depending on who is in the room. Where applicable, self, others, and enterprise can each be expanded to become stand-alone learning events.

Lead Next™ is a transformative experience, in which the learning is simple, personal, memorable, transferable, and sustainable. Our program designers are experts in adult and organizational learning and development – as well as leading edge innovators. All work is research-based, and informed by extensive, relevant experience. The program is creative and experiential; rich in practical skill development; and customizable to build specific results for the enterprise.

Customization

In Lead Next™ Customized, the program design is shifted, a little or a lot, to meet the specific opportunities of the enterprise. We partner with the internal human resources team, in a collaborative, co-creative design process. We align with enterprise environment, culture, developmental needs, and desired pace of change. Customized Essential Elements of Leadership™ may be developed for the enterprise, which then become the foundation for the program.
