Our intent is well expressed by a kettle. The best kettle we've ever used – premium stainless steel, cordfree, beautifully designed. The kettle was created by Breville. Breville was created by two Australians, radio salesman Bill O'Brien and engineer Harry Norville, in 1932. Bill and Harry started out building radios. During the war they built land mine detectors. After the war, they decided to try small domestic appliances. Today, 74 years after it began, Breville is a global, innovative, self-renewing, award-winning enterprise.
We aim to be the equivalent of that Breville kettle. It's a simple, elegant thing, thoughtfully designed and powerful. Our purpose is to help the Bill O'Briens and Harry Norvilles of the world build the best organizations – the most creative and sustainable enterprises – imaginable.
